Sorry, erm, how do I submit once I'm done?

I'm fine with all conditions, though is it okay if I colour mine or since its lineart or sketch, leave it as black and white? (And is speech bubbles allowed in a splash page?)

What character are you going to use for this duel? Mine is Kaito A.K.A Prometheus. (Haw.)
